Try river tubing: While we are no longer offering boat service. Be sure to try party bus to the river, tube down the river and party rockin' bus home. This is as close to a Tom Sawyer adventure as you will get in the Charlotte area. Nothing but trees and beautiful scenery for the entire trip down the river. Very relaxing, great for any group looking to reconnect!

All deposits are NON refundable. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE ROAD. WHICH ARE NO SMOKING ON MY EQUIPMENT, NO HIGH HEELS, NO CAKES, NO BOTTLE BEER, NO HARD LIQUER (PRE-MIX YOUR DRINKS PLEASE). NO DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT (BREAKAGE,BURNS OR BROKEN WINDOWS, BROKEN TV, BROKEN ANYTHING). IF YOUR PARTY RUNS OVER BECAUSE YOU AREN'T WILLING TO LEAVE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME AT THE REGULAR RATE. NO ARGUING AND FIGHTING, PUKING! ALL THESE WILL FORFIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT! I AM TIRED OF BAD BEHAVIOR BY A FEW RUINING IT FOR ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE. SO IF YOU ACT STUPID THEN PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY THIS FEE!!!
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown during rental and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the equipment caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A minimum fee of $300.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fees start at $250.00. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The boat driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted on any of our boats. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination of rental due to weather. Not responsible for articles left on the boat. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date BEFORE the beginning of the run. Boats cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
